Order processing

We process accepted orders as quickly as reasonably possible. You will receive an order confirmation using the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking information is sent when available.

Delivery address

You are responsible for checking the delivery address before placing your order. Contact info@sizzleandsteel.co.uk immediately if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delivery times

Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under UK distance-selling rules, goods must normally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different period has been agreed.

Damage or missing parcels

Inspect your parcel promptly. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive, contact info@sizzleandsteel.co.uk with your order number and supporting photographs where relevant. Your statutory rights are not affected.
