Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Any manufacturer warranty is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

• Use non-abrasive cleaning products and utensils suitable for enamelled cookware.
• Dry cookware thoroughly before storage.
• Follow the product-specific care instructions supplied with your item.

Claims

For a fault or warranty concern, email info@sizzleandsteel.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact or care contrary to the supplied instructions may not be covered by a voluntary warranty.
