Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours can vary between screens and natural or manufacturing variation may occur. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Placing an order

Review your basket, delivery details, total price and payment method before using the final payment button. The checkout allows errors to be corrected before submission. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before payment. Payment must be authorised by an available payment provider. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, the product is unavailable or an obvious pricing error has occurred; any captured payment will be refunded.

Delivery and risk

Delivery options and estimates are set out at checkout and on our delivery page. Unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. Risk passes when the goods come into your physical possession or that of a person identified by you, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation

For most online purchases, consumers can cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Details, exceptions, return costs and refund timing are explained in our returns and refunds policy. A model cancellation form is available but is not compulsory.

Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Legal remedies may include rejection, refund, repair or replacement. Our returns policy does not reduce those rights.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which the seller is established, while consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction. Courts with legal jurisdiction may hear disputes.
